We all love a bit of suspense, and a "Coming Soon" campaign is the ultimate way to build excitement for a new product. While you may be hesitant to send such a campaign in fear of customers not placing an order until that new product has arrived, there are definite benefits to making your subscribers feel like they're first in the know. After all, most of us are at least a little impatient, and a lot perceptible to a sneaky splurge, so placing a buy in the meantime is possible.
